Singing is part of me, and it’s hanging around for a while.

  • My entire life has always had music involved in everything that I did. From singing around the house, grade school talent show, singing the national anthem at sporting events, performing lead roles at National Conferences with audiences of 20,000+, and many many more! (Don’t forget the shower, haha!)

  • Never did I think of singing as something that someone trains to improve. I joined my high school choir and made the “varsity” Chamber Choir during my freshman year. I was the 1st student ever to be in the highest level choir for all four years. I did not know what I should major in or what degree to pursue in my senior year of high school. The typical business degree was in the back of my head, but I decided to audition for the music school for fun.

  • This spare of the moment audition is when I found my calling in wanting to perform for the rest of my life! The adrenaline rush, the nervous butterflies, the joyous smiles on everyone’s faces, and everything else that comes with singing is what’s so addictive about it. Being able to be my voice and create unforgettable memories for others is why I love to sing.
